At 9pm kst 20/4/2022, Paloalto announced that he was disbanding the highly influential record label Hi-Lite Records. Paloalto debuted the record label back in 2010, almost 12 years ago. The move to close to move the beloved record label has come as a shock to fans and the community in general. Hi-Lite records has won multiple awards over the years including in 2013 label of the year at the Hiphopplaya Awards. According to Paloalto all existing record contracts with current artists have been suspended. Artists who use to reside under the label include, Reddy, Swervy, Pinodyne, Ash-B and Camo Starr. We wish Paloalto and the rest of Hi-Lite good luck in all your future endeavor and we look forward to your future projects.
