Monster rockers LORDI are back with hella fun gothic hit ‘Dead again Jayne’

Aria van Weye 05/04/2023

Finnish hard rock band LORDI has recently released a new single titled “Dead Again Jayne,” which has been met with excitement and enthusiasm from fans and critics alike.

The single kicks off with an electrifying guitar riff that sets the tone for the rest of the track. It’s a heavy and powerful song that showcases LORDI’s signature hard rock sound. The vocals are raw and gritty, with lead singer Mr. Lordi’s distinct voice commanding attention from the get-go.

Lyrically, “Dead Again Jayne” tells the story of a woman who has risen from the dead and seeks revenge on those who wronged her. The lyrics are dark and haunting, with lines such as “She’s back to claim what’s hers, to haunt the ones who dared to cross her path.” The chorus is anthemic and catchy, with the repeated line “Dead again Jayne, back from the grave.”

One of the standout elements of the track is the guitar work, which is both technically impressive and emotionally powerful. The solo towards the end of the song is particularly impressive, showcasing the band’s skill and versatility.

Overall, “Dead Again Jayne” is a strong and memorable addition to LORDI’s discography. It’s a song that will undoubtedly get fans excited for the upcoming album, which promises to be a fantastic addition to the band’s already impressive catalog.

LORDI has been a mainstay in the hard rock and heavy metal scene since the release of their debut album “Get Heavy” in 2002. Since then, the band has gained a loyal following thanks to their high-energy live performances and unique, horror-inspired image. They are known for their elaborate costumes and makeup, with Mr. Lordi himself becoming somewhat of a horror icon.

With “Dead Again Jayne,” LORDI continues to showcase their commitment to their unique style and sound. The band has never been afraid to experiment and push boundaries, and this new single is a testament to their creativity and talent.

“Dead Again Jayne” is a must-listen for any LORDI fan or anyone who enjoys hard rock and heavy metal. With its powerful vocals, impressive guitar work, and haunting lyrics, it’s a song that is sure to leave an impression. Check out the hella awesome new video clip here!
