HipHopDX Asia’s new ‘The Regionals’ shines a spotlight on the amazing Hip-Hop talent of Taipei, Vietnam and Philippines.

Hip-Hop news veterans HipHopDX have launched a brand new project supporting Hip-Hop acts from around Asia and let me tell you, this is PHENOMENAL! ‘The Regionals’ project Involves the hottest and top rap acts from a variety of countries teaming up to create one amazing cypher for their region/country. THE REGIONALS -TAIPEI

The Regionals-Taipei cypher is represented by RnB artists and rappers Nickthereal, Karencici, Julia Wu, Kumachan and produced by Hit-Boy. This song is such an awesome RnB chillhop track and I’ve had both Karencici’s and kumachans vocals lodged deeply in my head since hearing this cypher. Bright, cheery and a real happy vibe, I adore this song so much I really do!

THE REGIONALS – PHILIPPINES

The Regionals- Philippines cypher is filled with some amazing filipino rap genius. The cypher involves Ph-rap stars Jrldm, Jon Protege, Arkho, Mhot, Loonie and producer Illmind. This cypher is precision, snappy, dark and packs a real punch. This cypher is the epitome of Filipino Hiphop and you can feel and hear the emotion and energy of the country and their situations. The rap talent every one of these artists have is just unbelievable. This is a song that you do not want to miss.

THE REGIONALS-VIETNAM

The Regionals- Vietnam, wow what a goddamn song! This is my hands down favourite cypher from ‘The Regionals’ Project and I love everything they have done with this cypher including the one take M/V. Starring the supremely talented B-Wine, Blacka, Gonzo and Tlihn and produced by veteran 9th Wonder, this rappers all rap as a cohesive and complimentary group and all the verses are slickly mixed together. With already 1.7million views, there’s a reason why people are flocking to listen to it.
