The Smashing Pumpkins remind us just why they are the Gods of alt rock with new single ‘Beguiled’

Im going to be honest, as a massive Smashing Pumpkins fans (and i mean massive!) I went into this song with no expectactions and came out falling in love with The Smashing Pumpkins all over again. This song has everything you could want and ask for in a Smashing Pumpkins song, its dark, its lyrical genius and the composition of Drum and Guitar work is both tight and grungy AF. This song is literally perfect or as close to perfect as you can get. The video clip has some of the best cinematography and is done in one shot which is beyond epic, while really matching the feeling and energy of the song. Honestly I’ve used every excuse I can think of to keep re-watching this video. 2022 has been the year for sheer artistic genius and I am so glad that The Smashing Pumpkins really brought their game up for this punchy song.
